Glorious light came through when Jane realized that she was the only one he loved. Every incident in her life adds up to a grand picture that he created for me.
“What are you doing this Saturday?”
“Well, I have no plans. Why?”
“Great, I will see you this Saturday then. Do you remember the last time I told you that I want to tour the Yale University? Let’s go there”
“Oh yes. That sounds good”
Jane lives in south part of Connecticut. And Steve lives in New York City. They were able to meet when Jane came down to New York to see her friend Nicole. Nicole introduced Steve to Jane. And Steve fell in love with Jane at first sight. They enjoyed their conversations at the bar first time they met.
It is Saturday morning, 11:00 a.m. The Phone is ringing.
“Hello?”
“Hey, I’m in front of your house. If you are ready, come out.”
“Okay”
Jane is looking outside by the window. She sees Steve is waiting in his car. It was a first date after they decided to go out. Jane’s heart is throbbing because of Steve. Jane opens his door. And they hug each other.
“How have you been?”
“Good”
“Thank you for coming all the way from New York. It’s very impressive.”
“I’m happy to do this for you girl”
Jane is directing the way to get Yale University. It only takes 15 minutes from her house. Jane always dreamed about if she has someone to love, she has always wanted to drive with that person. Today the dream comes true. As they arrives Yale campus, Steve parked the car and started to walk. The buildings are huge and magnificent. Steve amazed by its elegance and beauty.

good. Keep working on finding tension in each scene. You might want to look back at that list of questions we discussed in class--what does the main character want in this scene, and what's blocking her? Pushing the scene toward that moment of anxiety will help jump start the story I think, giving it a framework and a way of moving forward. Then the scene will have a need to resolve itself as well, giving it a beginning and a middle and an end (as well as suggesting the next one).
